SUMMARY

Screens and busy lives have come to dominate our attention and decrease the time we spend outside and with others resulting in negative impacts. Connecting with nature and other people across the lifespan holds a key we can use to open doors to improve health outcomes for our selves, families, friends, neighbors, workplaces, community, and the planet.

Join us to reflect on your favorite outdoor activities from across your life, think about how to maintain or adapt as you age for continued health benefits, and explore how you can be a nature mentor and why adding an intergenerational element is so important
